i thought it was something you did in the bathtub but it's actually what they call the wall behind the stove. that's where daddy and mama were decorating with tile. and here on the bar front too. i was helping daddy hang the hardie backer board.

while daddy and i were inside preparing the bar front, mama was outside cutting the tile. she got all kinds of dirty because daddy didn't put the saw guard on. he thought it was funny so i laughed too.

i'm helping get the bar front ready for the tile. sometimes i hammer on things that don't need to be hammered on. and then i get in trouble. but this day i was a good little helper!

belly! it's sponsored by 2% milk. mama says i'm healthy as a horse so i don't need whole milk. i didn't even know that horses drink milk. i wonder if Auntie Julie knows that - i've never seen Shy drink milk. oh well, good thing i got a nice belly because i like to show it off to anyone that asks.

jeanie, curt and little O

this is Auntie Jeanie (aka jeanie butt). her and uncle curt came to visit and we had LOTS of fun. they have a bun in the oven and mama thinks they should name "it" oscar. i think that if the bun has been in the oven this long it's probably overdone. might want to take it out before it stinks up the house like when mama cooks.

short cut

these are the big "dogs" that walk thru our yard on the way to the mountain and leave lots of poo. haven't seen them much lately since it's getting warmer down here. but when we do see them, there are a LOT of them. mommies, babies, and even teenage boys. daddy said this fall we'll be able to hear the old men bugle. who knew they could play musical instruments!
