family

in case you were wondering, i don't smile ALL the time. just ask Mama and Daddy!

hippie chick

I went to the Telluride Bluegrass Festival last year with auntie Dayna and auntie Duck when i was in Mama's uterus. this is Dayna - she's really cool. she has a Honda Del Sol convertible the same color as her snazzy Victoria's Secret pajamas. she made us dinner when we visited and let me play with Andy's toys while he was in Panama. i wish he would have been there - i would have made a special surprise so he could change my diaper!

driving already

Daddy got me this car and i use the keys i got from the Meyers to make it work (or at least i think i do). little does Daddy know but this has now set a prescedence. i expect a motorized Hummer when i'm 3 and a real Jeep Wrangler when i'm 15 (so i can practice for when i turn 16). and then Mama needs to get her convertible back (she told me to put that in here)

chick TV

auntie Duck was over to watch the Bachelorette with Mama. this picture was taken at the moment that we found out Ed was coming back. we were VERY excited.

makin' music

Daddy says that makin' music is like makin' love. but i don't know what that means. all i know is i'm pretty darn good at banging on my piano and beautiful songs come out. sometimes a lady sings - i'm not sure where that's coming from but she sounds like one of those old ladies in church. at least that's what Mama says

Papa

Papa isn't afraid to hold me anymore since i'm less like a bobble-head and more like a real boy. he sticks his tongue out at me, tells stories, and sometimes uses funny words. they all think i don't know what they're talking about. boy they sure will be surprised when i start talking!

Elaine

Elaine lives in a beautiful old farm house on top of the hill across from Grandma and Grandpa. she tells really funny stories and knows lots about everything. she must have good taste because she likes my shirt. it says - Dad is the Boss until Mom comes home. how true it is!

Fish Fry!

we went for a fish fry at the Mine Shaft. apparently it's a big deal because Mama and Daddy can't get a good fish fry in Colorado. they had deep fried cheese curds too. seriously - deep fried cheese? are they trying to get thighs like mine? Oma is telling me a secret in this picture - something about fish on Friday but it's actually a Wednesday?

Wyatt

you can't really tell from this picture but Wyatt has curls in the back. and his hair is blond tipped with red. very stylish. Mama and Kelly both think that curls on a boy are hot so i'm hoping that i end up with some just like Wyatt so i can get all the girls.

the Cowboy

That's Wyatt in the dark blue - he's my bestest friend. Him and his Mama Kelly moved to Wisconsin so we visited them when we were back. He likes to pull my hair and I like to smack him in the face - if i can get close enough. we went to the park and for a walk.

Carla (aka Bula)

Carla is very special. she has two boys of her own and would REALLY like a little girl (are you listenting Paul?). she's so good with babies - can't you see how happy i am? she had lunch with us and told lots of funny stories. i'm a little sad that i didn't get to see Tommy and Tyler on our visit but maybe next time i'll be big enough to wrestle around with them. otherwise they find me kinda boring.

Great Grandma Sally

This is my Great Grandma Sally. We visited her when we were back in Wisconsin. She loved to hold me and fed me a bottle. but she ignored Mama when she asked if Grandma wanted to change my diaper. Daddy calls that selective hearing - he has it too.

Tia

My Auntie Peggy (aka Tia) was back visiting in Wisconsin when we were there. This is a picture of Me (of course) with Tia, Grandma, Oma and Daddy. can you feel all the love?

Oma

This is me with my Great Grandma Evelyn - i think i'll call her Oma. i got to visit with her when we traveled back to Wisconsin over Mama's work holiday. She sent cookies home with us. and sausage. and cheese. and lots of love.

Father's Day 2009

We went hiking for Daddy's first Father's Day. It was Mama's idea - i think she wanted Daddy to know what it felt like to carry around an extra 25 pounds. i really enjoyed it - i had a comfortable seat with a great view. it was tiring though - i had to take a nap while we were hiking.

Mama Juice

This is a t-shirt i got from one of Mama's friends. It's from the Wollersheim Winery in Wisconsin and it says "Vintage 2008". That's the year i was born. I guess that means i'm supposed to get better with age - like a fine wine. I wouldn't know anything about that except I hear that it's called Mama Juice. i'm pretty sure i understand why!
